Good residential complex, fenced area. Convenient location, close to ADC and Toymart. Kindergarten and school (under construction). The yard is cozy. Cons: inconvenient exits from the territory: the southern two doors open only with a button, it is inconvenient for couriers to enter. If they come in, they come out from the south side. If a person is on transport, then they have to be escorted out. It's inconvenient. Otherwise, everything seems to be fine

The territory is covered, cars do not enter, the road has a streaming car ride, but less often than in other places, a river flows nearby - it almost always smells fresh. Now the cons are thin walls, it gives off cold in winter, in all rooms where the windows blow very strongly (I think the problem can be solved with windows), but you can never solve the walls, noise insulation is 8/10, and a new RIVIERA residential complex is being built nearby - dust always goes from there, I'm not talking about the fact that it's always noisy and heavy trucks are constantly passing through the construction site, and the construction site is about 5 years old

The Riviera residential complex is being built above, which will have a lot of buns: sports grounds, the company promises to improve the embankment. After that, the area will generally be a "fountain". Perhaps this is the best area in the city of Almaty.
