The location is good, the air is blown through, there is no sense of smog. The yard is nice and clean, there are benches, gazebos, a playground for children. Minus the noise from the cars and all the screams of children and adults can be heard.

Good residential complex, fenced area. Convenient location, close to ADC and Toymart. Kindergarten and school (under construction). The yard is cozy. Cons: inconvenient exits from the territory: the southern two doors open only with a button, it is inconvenient for couriers to enter. If they come in, they come out from the south side. If a person is on transport, then they have to be escorted out. It's inconvenient. Otherwise, everything seems to be fine
