The road is too narrow for cars to pass. In particular, near the residential complex, the entrance has the opportunity to drive two cars. You have to give in to someone. Very cozy LCD. There is underground and above-ground Parking. 3 checkpoints. 8 entrances. The highlight is that each entrance has its own apartment layout. The exterior decoration of the entrances is also different. Very green yard, lots of plantings. There is a direct access to Gorky Park.
The residential complex has a small shop, a kindergarten, a podology center, a psychology center, and several offices.

It seemed that the house was built in a great hurry, almost everything was done randomly, insulation seems to be there, but not everywhere and it was done with violations, so it almost does not work. The same thing with heating is a real chaos
The exterior walls are made of foam plastered with plaster, it is not possible to fix anything, you have to invent and fence.
If you redo everything humanly, then this is a real shredder for money
The lifting of large items to the floors is absolutely not thought out, there is no freight elevator, the stairs are narrow
Of the advantages, only the number of fittings in the ceilings is normal.
