I liked the location relative to the center. It is convenient and cheap to take a taxi (7 minutes ) and you can take a bus, you can walk. There are many shops and good cafes a few steps from the house. The manager or the person on duty is always in touch. We were allowed to delay the departure, which is nice. The room is spacious. it is equipped with everything necessary. It's warm, not stuffy. We lived on the 11th floor and had a shared balcony for smokers. Anyone who smokes will appreciate it. They didn't reach the top five a little bit, but they promised to clean up the bathroom. I advise you, it's good.

I didn't see any advantages. I rented an apartment because I got into a no-win situation, couldn't quickly look for others, and paid for my stay before I ran into problems. I would like to clarify right away that I do not recommend renting apartments with windows facing the entrance. Sleepless nights are guaranteed. The house itself. This is an apartment complex. There are always new tenants, noise at night, slamming doors, loud conversations and parties.
