A new complex, but at a large interchange of the always busy Al-Farabi highway. One of the advantages is that there is a street within walking distance with a lot of good cafes and restaurants, small shops. There is also a large Mega Alma Ata shopping center within walking distance. On the downside, even in squashed buildings there is constant noise. Those buildings that are closer to the road have a beautiful view of the mountains, but sleep with the windows open and even with the closed ones, get ready for a little noise from the road. Also, if you do not have an underground parking space, you will have to park remotely from the complex or in a paid parking lot.

A cool place, cozy and harmonious for a married couple (youth, etc.), the plot is quite huge, there is everything necessary on the territory for both children and teenagers, the facility is fenced, video surveillance, elevators are in excellent working condition, repairs in apartments are gorgeous, the only negative in 1/2 blocks, regardless of 2 to 20 floors, the layout of the apartment is reduced, in general, everything is nearby (schools, kindergartens, shopping centers, etc.)

There is a basketball court, a tennis court, horizontal bars and a small sports area on site — great for those who like to train outdoors.
There are also mini markets and other useful points nearby. Overall, it is a pleasant, calm and comfortable residential complex to live in.
