The LCD is excellent, but there are problems with parking. You can't go to the beer restaurant from Timiryazev's side, they put up a barrier, and only the residents of house 7 have remotes, and the chairman of the AXIS does not give the rest of the residents

There is a sushi bar here. You can take it with you or have a meal at the bar. There are stocks. Very tasty! I recommend

A courtyard with its own atmosphere. Inside there are 2 bakeries with delicious pastries. Shanyrak and Korean. It's delicious everywhere. Magnum is nearby and our office is inside. A yard with its own rules and lots of playgrounds
