The area is cool, the houses are gorgeous, the facades are just lovely. But at the time of writing the review, there is a problem with the infrastructure. There is little, apparently not yet inhabited areas, in a year or two it will be just a luxury!
The Italian Quarter is conveniently located, near the Presidential Park. A new school is within walking distance in the neighborhood, and a supermarket Galmart, Magnum has also been opened.
Well, the residents of the Italian quarter themselves understand that this quarter is wonderful.Of course, it is not great, there are disadvantages like in the rest of the world, but I do not want to reduce the asterisk, if the score would be up to 10, I would put 8/10 =]
