Egalite is three good high-rise buildings. Many families live here, there are shops and organizations. A new house has been built nearby. There is a big problem with check-in and check-out, constant traffic jams. There is often no place to park the car. The infrastructure is weak for such an active place...

There are no schools, kindergartens, supermarkets, etc. nearby. There are only two buses.
As for the house:
All rooms are irregular in shape due to the fact that the house is round, and even monolithic columns everywhere. Elevators are always breaking down, ventilation is clogged, dry pipes are broken. The repair in the entrances is terrible. Staircases without heating (batteries were stolen), because of this, many have ice in the bathroom in winter.
Small Parking, no benches in the yard, a Playground like in the 90s.

The house is good (the apartment is warm),4 elevators, the area is very good (school, University, 2 Sports Palaces (Kazakhstan and Alatau), Aruzhan shopping center, new sports and playgrounds in the courtyard, the Rowing Canal embankment, Park).Personally, I am happy to live here. The sound insulation is very good, you can't hear the neighbors (at all).
