The house is one of the 20 tallest buildings in the city. Beautiful view from the window. Everything is nearby: Mega, Presidential Park, Bolshaya Almatinka, car dealerships, chess Academy.

The residential complex is not bad, apartments for rent are not expensive, conditions are good, we lived on Rozybakieva Street, in a multi-storey building, the area is beautiful, we rented for 3 days, 20,000 tenge a day, lived on the 21st floor, mountain view, near the park of the First President Nazarbayev, the small Almatinka river, I really liked it the area is a catering establishment of the NAVAT teahouse, not expensive and very tasty

Beautiful view from the windows. But the entrance and the elevator are something!It's scary!It requires major repairs.They built it too high
