Nice Residential complex, clean courtyard, convenient location on the right bank, within walking distance of supermarkets, school, bus stops. I personally like it.

This is heaven for me! I especially recommend the 4th entrance, it is very convenient there and the neighbors do not make noise. There are two shops and a large playground in the courtyard.

An enclosed courtyard. Good lighting. Clean entrances (you can leave a stroller, bicycle, scooter in the lobby and on the floor). A playground and a football field. The complex itself is 'young'. There are a lot of children. The apartments are nice and warm.Everything is being improved nearby. Sidewalks and entrances to the house.
