We stayed in this apartment for a few days and were very satisfied! We were met right at the airport, which was very convenient after a long flight. The owner turned out to be very hospitable, helped and quickly drove to the apartment. The accommodation itself is spacious, cozy and ideal for a family vacation or a couple of friends. The rooms are clean, the furniture is modern and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: dishes, stove, kettle — everything is thought out for a comfortable stay. The location is also excellent — just a couple of minutes to the Shengavit metro station, which allows you to quickly get to the city center. The area is quiet and safe, there are shops, a small market and a cafe nearby. We will definitely come back here again and recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to live in Yerevan. Many thanks to the hosts for the warm welcome!

We stayed with you 2 times. Thank you for the warm welcome, meeting at the airport, excellent clean apartments filled with everything you need and the opportunity to take a break from the city, being in the city a few minutes from the metro. We look forward to seeing you again. Thanks! I advise future guests not to be surprised that passersby will sometimes greet you and not worry about the fact that you will live in the private sector: it is quiet, bright and safe here.

Very nice apartments are clean and cozy, very beautiful view from the balcony, both in the morning and in the evening, there are grocery stores, a pharmacy and shops with fresh fruits and vegetables within a three-minute walk, the owners met at the airport showed everything where to change money, where to buy groceries, etc., helped at any time on any issue, I will definitely go back there and advise everyone
