Next to the largest shopping center Dostyk, a residential area, there are all kinds of services and shops around. The house is new, 3 elevators, underground two-level Parking. Not to say that it was especially clean and well built, on 4 out of 5. The parking lot looks pretty creepy, but you don't live there. There is conditional security, but the access system is conditional, you can safely enter from the street. The house is quiet, all Windows overlook the quiet streets.
There is a very strange numbering of entrances such as block 1/3, block 1/10, it is extremely difficult to explain to couriers where to go.

I know that a lucky guy lives on the top floor. You should see what kind of apartment it is and what kind of view opens in the morning. Coffee or tea and the sun greets you and the smell of coffee and such a beautiful view of the mountains😟lucky. I would really like to feel this feeling standing there in this apartment. Every evening for 2 weeks I pass by and always look with such hope that I am there) buy kv there. I'd buy it.
