I was not in the residential complex itself. I can't appreciate it. I give 5 stars only because of the Onix business center. The staff is good, all 5 stars perform their duties. Cleanliness in the corridors and in the restrooms pleases my inner perfectionist.

It's expensive for a box, near the airport, but the basement level is very well done, the ceilings are high.
