I want to express my gratitude to the housing balance!
It all started in 2021, when the question arose about the purchase of their homes. The loans are unbearable, there is no one to borrow from, there is an advertisement for ZHB. After attending the first consultation, where I received a preliminary calculation for a one-room apartment in Gomel, I remained in thought for another year, because everything seems to be clean, transparent and within my means, but at the same time none of my friends had heard about the cooperative and there were doubts. A year later, when the situation with loans did not change much, I came to another individual consultation, and then to an open meeting with the members of the cooperative who joined (and even settled), after which it became clear that it was necessary to act and after this meeting I immediately signed a contract.
The accumulation stage flew by quickly, a year later I was already in the settlement plan.
Since every month I managed to make a much larger payment than the one calculated according to the schedule, I had the opportunity to renegotiate the contract for a larger target cost and I could already count on a 2-room apartment.
It took me about six months to find a suitable apartment, more than a dozen apartments were viewed. And in October 2023, a deal was made for the acquisition of a 2-room apartment in Gomel by the cooperative for me.
The transaction took place quickly enough, in one day, since the seller had all the documents in order and on hand, and the cooperative had an agreement with a notary and assistance with a money transfer in a particular bank.
Now, in my environment, I am the familiar person from whom everyone is interested and asks for details about buying a home through a cooperative.
I would like to thank the specialists working in the Housing and communal services, in particular in the Gomel office. They are friendly and endearing people! Specialists Irina and Natalia accompanied at all stages, from the conclusion of the contract to the purchase of the apartment.
In the end, I want to summarize that I regret that I did not join the cooperative immediately after the first consultation and was lost for another year to think. And I don't regret that I decided to join after all, because now I have a place to live!
