Хотел бы выразить благодарность данному кооперативу, за их работу. Благодаря ему, смогли приобрести жилье очень быстро. Работа специалистов на очень высоком уровне, всегда помогают решить возникшие вопросы и проблемы, всегда и все очень доходчиво объясняют. Ежемесячные платежи такие же, как и за съёмную квартиру ( но платишь уже за " свою " ).
Всем советую сходить на консультацию и обдумать вступление в кооператив, так как данный способ приобретения жилья, доступен каждому.

Хочу выразить благодарность "Жилищному балансу" в осуществлении нашей мечты, приобретение жилья. С момента вступления в кооператив прошло чуть более полутора лет и вот у нас на руках ключи от нашей квартиры. До вступления в кооператив были сомнения но они развеялись после достоверных разъяснений. Огромное спасибо специалистам кооператива, всё объяснять, расскажут, помогут.!

Касательно того как работает эта система: я хочу купить трёхкомнатную квартиру она стоит сегодня 120 000 руб. белорусских это на момент мая 2023 г. При этом я вношу первый взнос в размере 30 000 белорусских рублей. после этого я начинаю платить примерно 800 белорусских рублей каждый месяц , через два года я получаю квартиру, но квартира мне не принадлежит она принадлежит кооперативу кооператив дает мне в кредит остальную сумму на 10 лет за эти 10 лет я переплачиваю 25 000 белорусских рублей это все что вам нужно знать. я получаю квартиру на квартира мне не принадлежит она принадлежит кооперативу кооператив дает мне в кредит остальную сумму на 10 лет , за эти 10 лет я переплачиваю 25 000 белорусских рублей это все , что вам нужно знать.
