Absolutely everything is disgusting: starting from one elevator, which the owners allocated for the busiest floors, and left the second one for themselves and a couple of companies, ending with stairs that you have to go down from the 9th floor so as not to wait for an elevator for a long time. So the steps are of different heights, which makes it easy to stumble and fall into the well between the flights of stairs, because the railings are also unreliable, with large gaps.
It's cold in winter, there's nothing to breathe in summer.
I strongly advise against renting an office there.

A good place, I bought plumbing here (GROHE store, seller Ruslan) and electrics (SVET store.KZ, the seller Irina). The service in these stores is excellent! I really liked it! I recommend these stores! They advised me, competently, and also made discounts. To the SVET store.KZ came 4-5 times, could not decide on the unwise positions. They always listened, gave recommendations, coordinated with their designers and craftsmen in between, and eventually helped with the choice! Irina (the seller) well done! The only thing is, at the reception of the shopping center itself, people are passive, not active and kind of gloomy:(In general, everything is great!

It's not about money, but in a state of misunderstanding what to do when the car is parked, but there is no way to pay for parking, because it is not in the database.

When you need to walk around and look for some furniture for yourself, then you don't want to go above the second floor anymore. You'll go through a couple of departments on the first and second, and then you want to leave!
I've been there several times and each time it's getting worse and worse. It feels like they are specially doing it so that people come, quickly find something and leave! How can you shop when there is such an atmosphere?! I do not know how people work there at all!
