I've been living in my house for many years, and I've rarely sought help from housing and communal Services.
But my patience ran out, I called the housing department 9 dispatcher twice.
A plumber was sent the second time.
The reason for the visit is that the towel dryer has not been working for weeks all January and February, it's actually winter outside.
they turn off the water ALL the time,
then it's not water, but coffee- dirt that has ruined all the taps, the toilet bowl, there is no water pressure at all (5th floor), we're tired of talking.
The plumber came in with a fume, you can suffocate, it looks like others don't work there..
they constantly call him, distract
him, he promises to come to everyone to buy everything, not when, all on the phone..
I opened the toilet bowl, the water did not fill up, they filled it with mud, because they turn off THE WATER SYSTEMATICALLY AND CONSTANTLY!!
I DID NOT DO ANYTHING AND WAS NOT GOING TO DO IT, WHY???? OTHERS ARE WAITING FOR HIM...THEY PROBABLY PAY PERSONALLY...
I had to call a plumber privately for a fee so that the water would go into the barrel and clean everything that was clogged with dirt when the water was turned off.
I would like to ask the housing department who needs such help..???
If such specialists can't even clean the blockage elementary??
Who do we pay for maintenance, etc
. In general, it's a mess and an outrage..

There were plumbers in the next entrance, they were told that we also have problems with heating, but in response it was said that we do not have such an application, although applications are submitted daily through 115. The entrance is not cleaned, the basement is periodically flooded, water is constantly dripping from the pipes. We will have to go to N.Kachanova or write to the program "Vremechko".

Minuses: without a doubt, it is the worst housing department in Vitebsk. And by a huge margin. Basements flooded after rains or thaws, asphalt pavement almost completely destroyed, paths trampled by people and not paved for decades, janitors idling in the morning, etc. The list is far from complete.

They do not deal with issues at home at all, there are no cleaners for half a year, some cockroaches crawled, garbage lay for several months under the windows of Alferov 1, Alferov 3. Firstly, it's not possible to get through, it's easier to get there, secondly, in order to do at least something, you need to achieve for a very long time, pipes are flowing in the basement, shit stinks all over the entrance, they allegedly did it, just tied up with some kind of rag and the thing is in the hat, we call again with the same problem, we came with sawdust, everything was filled in and everything is ready. This year, the whole entrance stinks again, i.e., the problem remains. Regarding heating, the entire Pravda district is already warm, our house is being de-aired last of all, and then after numerous complaints from residents of the house, it was in the past years, let's see how it will be this year. Thirdly , about the water , in order to wait for hot water in the morning and not only in the morning , you have to wait for about 5 minutes . And on weekends in the evenings, as always, the water is dirty and straight black, a black plaque remains on the bathtub.
