Not the housing department, but who knows what. Turning off the water without warning (both cold and hot), there is a small child in the house, spin as you want. It is unrealistic to get through and find out at least something. Either they don't pick up the phone, or they throw it off.
An employee, namely a plumber (unfortunately I don't know the last name), allowed himself to talk using profanity, as if I were some kind of girlfriend or owed him something.
It's a pity to put 1 star here. Nightmare.

Water supply workers, extremely poor workers.
They broke the table under the sink.
They broke the seal on the water because it interfered with them.
Employee S.A. asked for money without a certificate of work.
