ZhEU 5 has not been able to blow out the coil since August. We have already gone to the City Executive Committee and there is also nothing they can do to help. They say that there is no sanitary equipment... How is that even possible???? They refer to the low salary of the sanitary technician and the head of the housing department. I understand everything, but I'm sorry not to do this job in a month... Where am I thinking of going now to make this coil 😂

We have been living for 50 years in the BSSR house No. 1, 21 entrances in the house. Is the cleaning of the entrances carried out 1 time in 2 months ? . The last time our entrance was cleaned on 30.07.21, it was stupidly swept, and if this is a "wet cleaning" with one bucket of all 9 floors, then I do not know such cleaning.
But cleaning means windows, walls, stairs, railings. Does the cleaner know about this, and does the master control it?. The last time cleaning was carried out after our persistent calls to Housing and Communal Services and 115, now we will have to send a photo to Minsk, to the controlling organization with a request to indicate the frequency of cleaning (1 time per month and the performance of cleaning work.).

In Housing and Communal Services 5, it's not that they can't get through, they don't respond to messages from the 115 service at all. There is no ventilation in the apartment, and the employee they sent did not even measure, he simply has nothing! I looked at the mine, it's clean. And that's why even a napkin does not hold up with such a good air exchange, he replied, this is such a house. And there was no such thing before!
