THERE IS NO R/C ! I found the phones of the r/c /6 phones / on the Internet , all the numbers are not valid , the answering machine dictated new /5 phones / , only one of them was able to get through to the passport officer , who gave three numbers to "specialists" , but I could not get through - no one picks up the phone . Everyone is busy , and no matter how you enter the R/C , there is always silence , grace , from the strength of 1-2 people on housing issues .
P.S. To drive away such "specialists" and contact the Presidential administration to put these "workers" in order 🚽

There is a dump under the entrances of house 18, room 1, on Miroshnichenko Street!!! The smell is terrible both in the entrances and at the house!!! Complete unsanitary conditions!
