I called the plumbers to fix the problem with leaking pipes in the bathroom and a non-working cold water valve. Unfortunately, the "work" performed by the staff of Housing and Communal Services No. 22 leaves much to be desired.
The two workers who arrived at the call, instead of conducting a full-fledged diagnosis, only scratched their heads and said that the leak was condensate, although water was clearly oozing out of the pipes. As for the valve, they said it needed to be replaced, but did not provide any recommendations on how to do it, and did not explain what materials needed to be purchased.
In addition, the employees did not take any action to check the status of the system, citing the need to check "upstairs", but, in fact, they simply left the place of the call, leaving the problem unresolved. As a result, I was left with running pipes and a non-working valve.
Since the spring of 23, I have been trying to solve the problem of roof leaks. The stretch ceiling is ruined, the wallpaper is ruined. Applications from 115 are being closed, but nothing has been fixed.
They don't want to work, they communicate rudely.
08.08.2023г. По пр.Победы д.6 1 подъезд.была отключена вода в связи с проведениемчастных ремонтных работ в кв.4. Ремонт был закончен в 13:00 в 14: 00 должны были включить воду. В итоге ,сейчас18: 20! Воды нет с самого утра... Сантехник приходил,видимо что- то у него пошло не так,воды нет вентиль в подвале сорван, хлещет вода ,затопило подвал,весь стояк без воды в сан.узлах. В ЖЭУ дежурный не отвечает! На номере 115 был дан ответ,что аварийкатолько после 20:00)
Работа коммунальщиков как всегда на высоте!!! Вот высчитать с работников ЖЭУ за воду вытекшую в подвал и за вызов аварийки!!! По тройному тарифу! Может начнут более ответственно относиться к своей работе за которую получают зарплату!
