These valves are not installed at the expense of residents! and at the expense of housing and communal services, stop extortion. Finally, the day came and the ill-fated valves were installed, BUT!!!! Ass-handed plumber Andrey Malakhov, probably in revenge for the free valves, broke the bathtub faucet! When asked why he removed the mixer (because no one asked him about it, but only needed to replace the valves!) - he muttered something unintelligible, buy spare parts yourself and left with a sense of "fulfilled" duty. Do not let this employee perform any replacements in your apartment-this is fraught with additional costs and your health, or does not leave for a second and controls his work, you should not trust such would-be plumbers!!!
