He settled for 1 day in mid-September. Room 301, junior suite.
Positive:
- good prices for accommodation;
- breakfast is free - delicious;
- polite staff;
- it was quiet;
- comfortable bed;
- there is a lot of soap, shampoos, hair dryer, towels.
Minuses:
- the smell is in the wardrobe. I had to pull out the hangers and place the clothes on everything that was there. By the way, there are no hooks either.
- space prices for drinks. Well, really, is it Astana or Almaty?
- the bathroom does not correspond to the "junior suite" level, despite the presence of soap and soap accessories, a hair dryer and a pile of towels. Just make a neat repair, clean the hood, clean the bathtub (it gets clogged and the water does not go away) and get rid of the slight smell of dampness (there are no windows).
But overall a decent place for a short trip.
As it turned out, this is half board. In the morning you will be served a hearty and delicious breakfast (this is included in the price). The porridge was very tasty! The room has everything to get a good night's sleep and look like a fresh and tidy person in the morning.
An honest review. I was there recently, the reception is not friendly, none of them says hello. I checked in in the morning, breakfast is not allowed for me, it turns out, they kicked me out of the hall. There are ants in the room, a terrible hotel
