It's a very cool cafe. I was passing through Aktobe, I'm not a local myself. I asked the locals - everyone unanimously named this place - a cafe chain. It's very cozy inside, there are a lot of tables, outside the parking lot is packed with truckers and cars, and these guys know good places, believe me. I ordered a lagman and lo and behold, it was the best lagman that I tried with thick homemade noodles, I couldn't eat anything else and like a bun rolled on. I recommend 10 out of 10. Delicious and satisfying, the price!
