If I had the opportunity, I would have given zero stars. I called the plumber at 115, warned that it was better to call my number because there was a small child, and the intercom was not working....he did not come, it turns out he was knocking only where it was unclear. For some reason, before that, I called a specialist from the post office, he called and warned and did everything, although the s/p receives much less than the plumbing...in general, they got too much, they don't want to do anything!
It's a pity that there is no negative rating.
Garbage chutes do not close, homeless people spend the night in them.

a very unkempt building and the surrounding area. And the employees are such that they don't want to apply. They play football from one to the other, especially if you're trying to get information on the phone. And as a result, you don't get an answer to your question. The janitors mostly just roll out the garbage containers and clean the room where they stand. Sometimes they sweep the stairs in the entrance. There is no cleaning around the houses. There were a couple of normal janitors, but they were fired because the residents tried to help them solve the most difficult problems that the janitors are not able to cope with alone (rats, sidewalks that failed because of rats) by contacting the 115 service. However, the same situation is probably in all housing units.
