Apparently one of the most terrible zhes in the city. Nothing is being watched, there is a mess in the courtyards, no playgrounds, no lighting, several people broke their legs at the entrance. In the neighboring courtyards, where their territory ends, the picture is much better. There is no reaction to the appeals, but be kind enough to pay the fee at the time.
