Terrible ZHES! A week without hot water, not a single notification from ZHES-6! No announcement in the entrance, no call, no SMS! They just turned it off and that's it! Cold water is all the luxury we have been provided with.
If you repeatedly call the number 115 to turn on the heating, the same answer, wait. 2 times they removed the application, explaining that everything has been fixed. Until today, the heating in the bedroom is not included. The entrance is not cleaned, garbage is not taken out in a timely manner. The organization is terrible.
