That's how well the ZHES works
How to walk dogs in such grass?!!! How can children walk on the playground (THERE is NO PLAYGROUND! It 's worth one swing ! ) No one even moves after the call! The entrances are not cleaned !!! They put the garbage on purpose to find out if it was being cleaned or not. THE RESULT IS NO!!! Let's go write a complaint.
What do we pay for every month????

Я проживаю по адресу ул.Я. Мавра дом 12. Придрмовая территория не убирается от слова вообще. Подъезды так же, пока не позвонигь с жалобой, то сюда ни один дворник не зайдет. Кто-то же получает за наш дом зарплату, в жировке исправно указыыается весь список проделанных работ за месяц. Окна в подъезде мыли последний раз лет 40 назад. В 2022 году была произведена замена тротуарной плитки 3 и 4 подъездов, а 1 и 2 так и не тронут. Это что, выделили плитку только на 2 подъезда? Пора уже привлекать телевидение, дозвониться напрямую нереально.

Отвратительная работа в ЖЕС 54, Сантехник не приходит уже 2 дня на платную заявку и этл не в первых раз. Примите ,наконец то меры или я буду жаловаться в вышестоящие органы.

Контейнеры для мусора на боку валяются-дела никому нет! На фига тогда трубили о раздельном сборе мусора?! Или как всегда-руки не дошли?!

Хамское отношение. Электрик без удостоверения. Предупредил об отключении звонком в дверь и через 20 секунд отключил электричество. Диспетчер на обращение нахамила.

Зимой очень холодно, когда на улице +20 батареи пекут, что находиться в комнате не возможно. Чем занимаются работники - не понятно!

Поставил оценку 3 звезды с учетом на будущее, а так-то по факту им и 1 много. Может со сменой руководства хоть что-то начнут делать для людей.

Нормально дворники убирают, особенно Одоевского 40.
