Previously, they were blocked by incorrect installation and it was impossible to take hold of them with your hand. It would seem a trifle, but after a spinal fracture, I could neither go down to the courtyard nor go up to the elevator. Thanks a lot to the workers for bringing the railing into working condition. Now I will go out into the yard for walks, and before I could not do this, I could not climb the steps without resting my hand on the railing. You've given me back the ability to move. Thank you.
