I remember this railway station 15 years ago and I see what has happened now. They put Madama in charge, who talks to people as if from a high place with phrases from the category "I said" "I have experience." Behavior as if there is no ground under your feet, rare rudeness is probably a lifestyle, but you need to be kinder. Here, if something is needed from the housing Department, regardless of the duty, this is just their working moment, you need to hit the floor with your forehead from the door to get leniency, even if you just came so that this organization would do its job. And if you are not ready to approach it that way and demand something, then you automatically become a brawler, a negative customer.
With this attitude, I just want to remind you that the territory belonging to ZHES-12 is not a personal kingdom! There are no subordinates living here, and there is no King and God! PEOPLE live here! And you need to treat them accordingly, otherwise one day someone who has flown high can fall very hard and hit himself.

It is not clear why this organization is needed?!!!! It is impossible to get through and leave a request to them, and when some number works, they will still send it to the unified 112 service. Certificates and documents that take 2 minutes of work to print, and you listen from passepartout artists, which "fucked them up", they are constantly being strained here. You also need to raise your 5th point and put a leaf in the printer.
Phones in the organization are for reporting purposes only, it is difficult to get through.
And he is the boss himself, as it were, but he is never there. Not at home, not after lunch, the boss is somewhere all at work, but definitely not in the housing department. Wasted time!!!!!

Professional work of housing and communal services!!! We came to clean the sewer, cut a hole in the pipe in the general riser (for the whole house) and left it!!!!!! Now everything, including ficalia, is pouring into the basement and drowning it!! What do people get paid for????????? What an outrage!???? There is a saying: Fish rots from the head!!!
