The boorish attitude of the chief engineer of the Housing Office 116 in Minsk, V. A. Chikin, WAS SHOCKED!!! Without finding out the reasons to engage in arbitrariness, he walks around the entrances and turns off the energy in the apartments without warning.

Zhes is not responsible for anything. The residents were left without hot water on 02/25/2021, the chief engineer does not care about anything. I packed up and went home. He was rude to his clients. I sent a plumber, but he never got there, turned home on the way.
