The most terrible ZHES in the whole city. Not a single issue is resolved promptly. For more than 10 years I have been addressing the same issue, which they themselves cannot solve and do not want to pass on. The same set of documents is collected five times, no data systematization. They are engaged in unsubscribing. It's a vicious circle. A service organization that does not bear any responsibility for its work. They brought it to the point that the outer wall of the apartment's loggia is being destroyed.
On September 14 and 15, there was a shutdown of hot and cold water on Boldina 8B from 10 to 12 o'clock. If there were no questions about cold water on both risers and hot water in the kitchen, then we were left without hot water in the bathroom on the third day. Somehow they have already got used to taking a shower regularly, and when they promise that there will be no water only from 10 to 12, you accept this and accept this situation, solving this issue. But when they lie to you that the plumbers have already gone and are about to… And tomorrow they tell you that yesterday there were no plumbers, they suddenly got sick, but today they will definitely do everything (I called many times, because we have funeral events and there were many people at home who were used to washing). After 4 p.m. on September 15, the phone of local dispatchers stopped responding at all. Only the clerk's phone answered, who said that the boss was on vacation, that there was no one else. After all, she contacted the plumber herself, who said that it turns out that the issue has been resolved for more than an hour. Starting from 16, not a single phone number was answered by ZHES11, and from 16.30 the clerk's phone was not answered. And the working day seems to be up to 17 hours. It's 8 p.m. right now. There is still no hot water.
