We have to make 20-30 calls a year due to accidents (water / sewerage, electricity), applications are closed without notification, applications are not processed properly, they can take from several days or more. Problems are not solved, but at best they offer a temporary solution. You don't even have to dream about major repairs, although the money is being paid. We live like on a powder keg, the pipes are in terrible condition, the wiring is disgusting, the sewerage system has not changed since the year it was built. It's a mess!
