An excellent hotel, for this price you will not find an equal even with breakfast. Friendly staff. We rented a hotel in September 2024, a family of 5 people, a room of 70 sq.m. for 5 days, only 17,000 rubles came out, and even with breakfast, for example, in Sochi in 2022, a room with breakfast of 18 sq. m. cost 30,000 rubles. We travel by car, so the distance to Aktau and Sochi is the same for us, but in Kazakhstan gasoline is cheaper, and if you have a car on gas, then refueling costs a penny. And another big plus, hotels accept MIR cards for payment.

The best hotel in Aktau in terms of price/quality ratio. The rooms are large and clean. New plumbing. Incredibly friendly administrators, always go to a meeting. The breakfasts are delicious and hearty, included in the price. We ordered mutton for dinner and were delighted. We recommend this hotel to everyone!

I went to Aktau twice on a business trip. I stayed at this hotel. Very clean, neat. The staff is polite. They will tell you everything. The food in the restaurant is delicious. If you don't want to go to a restaurant, there is an inexpensive dining room next to the hotel.

A pleasant hotel. Conveniently located, near bus stop, supermarket. The staff is very polite, high-quality cleaning and a good breakfast (included in the price). Relatively inexpensive. I especially liked that there is a transfer from the airport. Plus, you can pay for your stay not immediately upon arrival, but later. I arrived at night, there was no place to change the money. I really liked it. Surprisingly clean shower room, very comfortable lighting, thoughtful layout. Refrigerator, desk, wardrobe, breakfast included, bathrobe, towels, but slippers for a fee. There is a laundry room. The service is excellent.
Of the cons: it was quite cool in the room, I caught a cold; I was in January in the back of the building on the 4th floor, perhaps things are better in the front part with wall ventilation. There is Internet, but so-so, the speed drops periodically, but mostly you can watch YouTube as 720p.

Of the cons, it was in autumn, the rooms are cool. There are no disposable slippers. They said that the hotel restaurant was open until 23 o'clock, but when they went out to have tea at 22:30, the restaurant said that they had already closed. There is a minibar in the room, but it is constantly empty.
On the plus side: it's not expensive, there are a lot of rooms, so it's unlikely that there won't be any available. The Internet is there, it's pretty fast. The rooms are clean, there are no unpleasant odors, the linen and bathroom accessories are fresh. There is warm water, the showers are in good condition. The staff is polite, travel documents are provided without problems.
In the morning, a free breakfast, quite varied. In general, the restaurant's cuisine is very tasty and the prices are reasonable.

The hotel restaurant really spoiled the holiday experience. They served the sturgeon raw inside, then they cooked it, which took time, the whole family had already eaten, and I sat waiting. Another time there was a terribly salty beef stroganoff. We ordered beef stewed in sour cream, and brought ordinary beef. The cook jumped out and started telling us to eat it, because we have all the meat in one cauldron cooking. We ordered beef at home - we brought 3 small pieces of meat in vegetables. Another day, they put dishes on 2 plates for 4 people, we asked for 4 plates, to which the cook jumped out and started shouting at us - "eat like you were given, or you've already been fucked up." I've never seen such an attitude anywhere. Of course, the manager later apologized, but the sediment remained. Burnt pancakes and croutons, warmed up or yesterday's dried sausages were brought for breakfast, (photo attached) we did not eat it. I also don't recommend eating yoghurts there, we left 10 packs there, no one wanted to eat it. In general, I don't want to eat anything else there. After all, we decided not to go to the restaurant anymore and ordered food for delivery, of excellent quality. At the reception, all the staff are very pleasant. The managers are good, the staff are responsive. Room cleaning on request. In general, it would be good if the restaurant did not spoil the impression. That's how one cook can completely negate the impression of the hotel. There were also good cooks there, they had bigger portions, and decorated the dishes with lettuce leaves. But I don't want to try my luck to avoid falling for a bad cook anymore. But we found many other delicious places in the city. I wish the hotel prosperity, thanks anyway.

A clean and cozy hotel. Excellent staff, very polite and friendly girls at the reception, I had a late check-out since the plane was at night, they put it on at 22 o'clock, then they said stay until 12 at night, that it was so early to go. And they will meet you at the airport and escort you. I'm in touch with Whatsapp all the time. Thank you very much for your hospitality, I will definitely come back))
