I wanted to record my father to the eye doctor, there is no record on the Internet, I called the registry, they said that the record is posted at 14.00, as a result, exactly at 14.00, one time appears and immediately gives out that it is busy, I called again, put it on the queue, we will wait until the end of the week and I will go ask if I need any more documents, certificates (BTI, passport office, house management, etc.)
My wife was undergoing a medical examination (she works in a catering), according to the results of a blood test, she was diagnosed with SYPHILIS and sent to a skin dispensary...We lived in hell for a week..so far, the analysis has not come that there are no diseases..You guys almost ruined your family because of your negligence...and someone with syphilis went for a walk in Gomel...
Everything is fine, the doctors are great! Maybe not everything, but my doctor is super! Girls, you shouldn't be afraid, everything is fine! 🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤭🤭🤭🤭🤭🤭🤭🤭🤭🤭🤭🤭🤭Professionals, but it's better not to collide🤣
It is difficult to get on time by appointment, it does not match either late or a live queue. Although I relate to this consultation, I go to the medical center for a fee
Sincere thanks to the doctor Titovich Roman Vyacheslavovich for his professionalism and conscientious work. I applied to branch No. 5 for the first time, not by registration, at the place of self-isolation. Excellent clinic, helpful staff. There is something to compare it with. Many thanks, good health and success to you.
Personally, it is very difficult for me to get here to Gorka before and today. The funny thing is that doctors with a serious expression on their faces measure my BLOOD PRESSURE, PULSE, hehe, after a "full-out march", and, hehe, they say that... quite, taking into account age and the presence of chronic ailments.
The queues are always long. Online appointment - to the right doctor - is problematic, and more often - fantasy, not real.
It often happens this way (as in the last decade of August 2021). I turned to my clinic not because I wanted to, not because it is necessary to check in with specialized doctors at least twice for diseases (cardiologist, endocrinologist, urologist, therapist, dermatologist), but ACCORDING TO the STRICTEST PRESCRIPTION of foreign emergency doctors (I was abroad and suddenly lost consciousness there, by the way, for the second time in six months). He refused to be hospitalized there - abroad, but promised that immediately upon arrival I would be registered in a hospital for examination and treatment, in short, I would go to my doctors... And I came. Not immediately, of course. We don't do anything right away. I got to the appointment by e-mail, nine days after the day of the appointment. But to the head of the department himself. I think it was lucky! In order not to go empty-handed, in addition to X-rays, ECG, blood tests done in a foreign hospital, where the ambulance brought, I also did an ultrasound of the liver, kidneys, ECG, gave blood - a general analysis and sugar, urine - general, - this is in my clinic ...
And in the order from the ambulance - more and the examination of blood vessels, including the heart, brain, tomography of something, and the cervical spine...
I did the latter, but... no one has checked out the results. The therapist referred to the surgeon, and the surgeon referred to the neurologist.u..
The doctor spent at most five minutes on me. I measured the pressure - 160/80. He didn't say anything. And he didn't ask. And in front of him was a diabetic with 12 years of experience, coronary heart disease, angina pectoris of the 3rd degree. And in case of loss of consciousness (in the ambulance), the blood glucose readings were not 5-6, but 11 mmol, hemoglobin was 89 units with a normal 130-140?! For whom and for what did I do the tests, if they remained on the doctor's table, if they were brought there at all by laboratory technicians? It hurt me... So I suffered the coronavirus on my legs at 69. Zero attention. Nobody cares. I asked in the spring: should I get vaccinated against coronavirus? As you wish, they answered. Did. Or maybe I had enough antibodies, because I was ill. It seems?
Quiet horror. Now the flu is coming. I need to get vaccinated - in the highest risk group, after all, both age and a diabetic with experience (zero immunity), a bunch of chronic diseases. Or do such indicators not drip - they will be written off by age?
...About doctors and doctors in general. There are all sorts. There are also very good ones. I like veterans more.
We rarely get sick, so it is difficult to write a review about the clinic. But I had to apply once. I would like to mention the therapist Bulakhova Alena Viktorovna. Apparently, it's not her principle to help people. The man was very ill, had a severe headache, cough, runny nose. But the "doctor" Alyona Viktorovna said that there was no fever, there was no sick leave, without writing anything out and left. There would be fewer such doctors.
An ordinary polyclinic, there are also good doctors. I liked the fact that they are called strictly according to the time for which they are recorded. It's just a miracle! Thanks! It was unexpected for me. Usually, even if you are recorded, you sit for two more hours waiting for the real queue to pass, just take the tests, just write out a prescription, with temperature, with pressure, and even though you are recorded, you follow everyone.
The clinic is disgusting! Doctors and nurses in the red zone do not understand why they receive such salaries! In the office of the primary reception on Saturday, the nurse's conversation "They pulled up here to go on a day off" is how a medical worker should talk! They like to receive money, but they don't want to work! They should all be on the construction site! You would feel the difference!
The clinic is crying for repairs. He's just crying.
Old equipment. Polite doctors. There are many young doctors. It is worth equipping a place of work for young people. It looks like field work conditions.
The clinic that I used to belong to. Yes, there are pros and cons everywhere, but everything is learned in comparison. And now, being served in the 9th branch, where questions about life and health need to be solved only through the head physician, I'm going to contact the head physician of the 5th polyclinic so that I can be taken back for service. If it weren't for the registration at another address, I would never have left this clinic.
Queues at the reception and patient cards are lost all the time, it is difficult to get to the doctor if without an emergency appointment, then it is very long to wait to get to the appointment.
