For what sins was my address transferred from the 2nd maternity hospital to this Hellish place? 😫 After reading the reviews, I was already stressed, as I was going to a new residential complex for the first time. But I did not think that SUCH a game would happen. I made an appointment with a local gynecologist twice and still haven't got to him. I made an appointment for the first time by phone. And when I arrived at the appointed day and time, I was told at the reception that there was no coupon for my last name. I signed up again, right at the reception, they didn't give me a ticket - they say the printer doesn't work, they told me to come from 17:00 to 20:00 on 16.11. Just in case, I asked again!!! I came on the appointed day and guess what happened? 😱 THERE is NO TICKET FOR YOUR LAST NAME, the receptionist told me 🤬 So it also turned out that my doctor worked the first shift that day 👍🏽 For fun, I signed up for the third time, let's see what they surprise me with. Overall, I'm thrilled!!!

Ever since I was assigned to a women's clinic on Margelova. The fact that I can never get through to the reception is a separate topic, now I walk to make an appointment and defend the queue. Bondartsova O.V. became my doctor. During the year, I saw her only once (she is always on sick leave), so a qualitative examination is out of the question, and I take medications on an ongoing basis. So, to write a prescription, you need to make an appointment a month in advance (queue), and then come and find out that you are being referred to another doctor and wait on a first-come, first-served basis and sit for at least two hours. I go for a prescription once every three months and NOTHING has changed in two years. It's just awful. It boiled over(

What polite and efficient medical staff at the reception! Everyone knows and will decide everything! Absolutely all the staff copes with their duties perfectly. Doctor Orlovich V. O. is the dream of any manager and patient. I was surprised that all the health workers are slim and attractive. But how many people come to be treated! Crowds. Something was not finalized in the city health department. You can't load medical workers like that - they won't stand it.
