The station is convenient in all respects. The city center. There is 1 stop to the airport. Almost all city routes to various parts of the city go through the station. Two large grocery stores are open until 22:00 and on weekends. Everything is very convenient, but without waiting rooms...
The C&A clothing store in Geneva was pleased with discounts. So, there are discounts on winter clothes (mainly sweaters, knitted sweatshirts, mittens, warm socks). Prices are reduced by about 10 Swiss francs. Sweaters and sweatshirts are very cute. Stockings are tights of different colors. In general, I recommend it.
Strangely, in 25 years, the only striking change is the homeless, who did not exist before. Maybe I'm not being objective. I'm just comparing the dynamics of Moscow and Geneva, and there is a feeling that Geneva has stopped in time.
The station is in Geneva itself, a 5-minute walk to the lake, everything is clear at the station itself, but some things already require modernization.
