A very authentic train station, on a semi-closed territory there are gardens with fountains and small cafes, where, especially in the heat, it is very comfortable to wait for a train, in the station itself there is a rather curious museum dedicated to the railways of Armenia. There are no queues, there are toilets, there are storage rooms.
A very compact and comfortable train station. Simple inputs and outputs. The station is well maintained, the architecture combines elements of traditional Armenian style and modern solutions. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience at the railway station in Yerevan. This is a great place to start a trip around Armenia!
Beautiful train station, unusual architecture. There is no toilet inside. We have to go down to the passage, there are terrible paid toilets. I took the train to Gyumri from Yerevan. There are only 2 carriages. The places are soft. The ticket office opens 15 minutes before the departure of the morning train, at 7.30, online tickets are not sold. I got there in 3 hours. But there is a fast train with seats, it costs 2500 AMD, but you need to book in advance, they sell out quickly. She goes on Fri, Sat, open.
