I am glad that there is a toilet and it is free, but its condition is terribly upsetting. 2 of the 4 booths are always closed. The remaining money is not in the best condition.
The station staff are polite, you can safely ask questions if you have not heard or read something.
There is only one cash register with an employee and sometimes it is inconvenient. There are huge queues. But there is also a cash register for cashless payments. Very easy to use, font and text size are perfect size, convenient to read. Everything is readable

There is a toilet in a separate building for a fee, but at least there is a clean one. There is no buffet. There are not many seats, but there are probably enough seats for everyone. There is a TV, you can sit for 40 minutes if you had to. But a transfer with a wait at this station in a few hours will be a burden.

Very good cash service, for example, if the flight starts at 0 o'clock and you are stupid about the date, then a professional cashier will help you deal with your own mistake. Yes, I had it and it was at this railway station. This is very wonderful, because I would have come on the flight and I would have had the ticket the next day. It was the cashier who helped me with this, despite the fact that I myself was sure of a different scenario. Now the second toilets are open here from 8 a.m. as well as at the bus station. And people go earlier and later than 20.00. And if we consider that in this half of the city there are no city toilets at all, then it is sad that the authorities do not care, I would even say urban about this natural human need. Well, the buffet leaves much to be desired. I think everything is bad there, both with the working time and with the assortment.
