Ticket tellers are responsive and helpful, the waiting room is quite comfortable, especially pleased with the presence of a stand for connecting a mobile phone for charging, as well as the availability of Wi-Fi. In case of a long wait for the train, there is an opportunity to relax in fairly comfortable conditions. You can also have a snack in the station building if necessary.
Of the disadvantages, I can only note the lack of a toilet for the disabled with a regular sitting toilet.

Let's start with the good points. A beautiful train station. Friendly staff. Clean toilets. This is where the pleasant moments end. Winter. On the street-6. The waiting room begins to be associated with the hall of freezing, freezing and so on. The seats are metal. You can't sit out with such temperature conditions for a long time. Double-glazed windows are covered with masking tape, apparently in this way they increase the temperature inside. We waited from three o'clock in the morning until 8:30 in the morning. To say that they were freezing is to say nothing. Batteries! These are convectors for heating small rooms. We thought to warm our hands by putting them on the battery. What's there! The temperature of the convector is 40 degrees at most! Of course, we endured 5.5 hours steadfastly! They survived! I wonder what to do for people with children who will have to wait for a train transfer for a long time!?? So while there is no strong decrease in temperature outside, and then with the arrival of cold weather, what should I do?

The kindest memories are always associated with this station: close people live in Lida. The station is located within walking distance from the center and the bus station. Small, but clean. I will note the clean toilets separately. The station building has a small cafe and a waiting room, a convenient passage to the platform. There is ample parking in front of the building and a convenience store for the road. Everything is convenient and functional.

Ужасный вакзал! Объявоения на вокзале - это жесть, никакой полезной информации! Как будто вокруг одни преступники, курящие в пастели....Причем что днём объявляют, что ночью, одно и тоже !! Ни отдохнуть, ни информацию получить. Жах адным словам! Няўжо не магчыма нейкую музыку лёгкую паставіць, аб'явы даваць пра нейкія акцыі, магчымасці, але ў разумны час!!!
Ёсць круг гадзіны туалет (бумагі там туалетнай няма), ёсць добрае кафэ.

I didn't expect it. The station is luxurious. The only inconvenience is the high stairs of the ground crossing. The ticket office next to the entrance, a friendly cashier suggested how to find information about the departure of the train. The cafe was pleased with hot coffee and sandwiches. The toilet in the station building is clean. The train to Minsk is a comfortable reserved seat, I had a good rest. I recommend everyone to visit Lida!
