The staff is friendly, the queues are small, the room is clean. There is a small parking lot, there are places for smoking, there is no cafe, there is a small waiting area .the bus stop is not cleaned.

A cozy station with everything you need. There are free toilets near the train station. The only caveat is that there is no scoreboard with information on the departure of trains.
There is a good store with normal prices.
It is better to get to the main part of the city by bus (if you know which one is needed) or by taxi (the price for Russian rubles is about 150-200). It's decent enough on foot, and there's not much to look at along the way.

The only advantage of this train station is the free toilet. There are no rest rooms, no working outlets, if you have a transfer at night, take a thermos with tea/coffee with you, we live in the 21st century, and here they can't even put a coffee machine. There are also questions about the heat at the station.

The station is small and non-existent. There are only cash registers and a coffee machine. And the restrooms.... We didn't find any storage rooms. A nearby store was closed at 9 p.m. on a weekday. Quietly, calmly. There is a pedestrian bridge over the rails, there is a beautiful view from it. There is a TV in the waiting room, you can watch a movie while you wait. The station is open on schedule. Nearby there is a shop, a stall, a free toilet. There used to be a roadside bar, but it doesn't seem to be working anymore. By bus route 3, you can get to the bus station by driving almost through the whole city (both stations are terminal 3).

So many stars just for being clean and tidy. There is a polite staff at the ticket office, a wonderful Station Manager. And now comments and suggestions - please correct the non-working phone in the data on the map (because of this, I came to a closed building at night, with all the consequences!), reconsider the attitude towards passengers with disabilities (and not disabled people) when visiting a special toilet! It took several hours for a person to use this service. It will be people!)) The coffee in the machine turned out to be water with sugar, but the hostess promised to fix it quickly, I believe..it happens. compensated for expenses. Well done, respect her! Take an example! With respect.
