Our station is beautiful, but there is a huge claim to the local authorities, architects, and traffic police for the lack of parking for taxis. The same concrete flasks can be used to protect parking for three to five cars for boarding and disembarking passengers and install a taxi parking sign for no more than 10-15 minutes, for example. And not to catch taxi drivers with raids who are waiting on call for visiting guests and residents of the city.

The terrible work with tourists was in December. Tickets were issued for the group any way. Drunks were put in the carriage with the children. We bought group tickets, there were 4 seats left, I put one drunk in our car, as if there were no seats in other cars. The first time the man was calm, he went to sleep quietly.
But the second time we went, a couple of days later, a similar situation turned out, there were two drunks there. One with mats was already getting into a fight, the music was turned on all over. I had to call the head of the train.
It's very unpleasant.

The toilet is paid (1 ruble) even for people with tickets, which in my opinion is unacceptable. At the same time, instead of toilets, there is a hole in the floor (in a civil version, but still). Luggage storage has been in operation since Soviet times, starting from Soviet 15 kopecks.

I did not like that the doors are not automatic (as in Minsk), it is very inconvenient when your hands are busy with luggage. Opposite the station, there is a small square with a fountain and several benches on the square. However, there are practically no trees, except for low thuja. It will not be possible to sit in the shade on a sunny day.
