A modern train station. Everything is in place.
* There is a Belarusbank ATM
*A clean and comfortable waiting room
*Bus stops are within walking distance
*The territory is always well maintained
*The location is favorable for the city
It's clean, warm, and cozy. There are kiosks nearby where you can buy food or read.
The only drawback is that there is no platform at all without crossing the bridge, and everyone is panting, clutching bags and suitcases.
The name "Central" is too loud for this station. Rather, the station is for those passing by and seeing the picture from the train window. Good repair, cleanliness, everything is neat, but that's really it. There is practically no infrastructure for passengers. There are no storage rooms. There are no waiting chairs. The buffet seems to be there, but it has such a work schedule that it doesn't seem to be there. Well, the path to the only landing platform is amazing in its complexity.
The train station itself is pretty, but small. The territory is clean and well maintained. The building itself is small and cozy. But no matter how many times I've been there, the stench from the toilet is always in the air. It spoils the whole impression. There aren't many people at the ticket offices. The location is not bad: public transport is within walking distance. Another disadvantage is that the steps from Brestskaya Street are not always cleaned in winter. Once there, my daughter couldn't resist and slid down the steps at the fifth point
The station is good for waiting for trains, there is a cafe, it is warm and clean. There is one disadvantage - the passage to the trains via a high staircase, it is very difficult to climb up and down it with suitcases. And even with a small child, the obstacle is simply insurmountable.
I didn't have a particularly good impression of visiting the station. The building itself is renovated, clean, tidy both inside and outside (no complaints). There is a small waiting room, a buffet, a toilet and cash desks. BUT why is there a large enough city (not even a village) at the train station ARE there no storage rooms (at least automatic ones)??? And the biggest DISADVANTAGE is that from a single platform for passengers there is only one way towards the city - up a tall metal staircase. There are no ramps, lifts, elevators... NOTHING that could make life a little easier for passengers with suitcases in the 21st century. Are you particularly concerned about how to get through this crossing for passengers with limited mobility and people with small children (with strollers)??? 😱
I love this station, for its silence and rare crowding (except on Sundays)
It is quite convenient to get here by public transport, there is parking for cars, but on Sunday there may be difficulties with places.
There is rarely a queue at the ticket offices, there is a buffet where you can have a snack and drink coffee. The area near the station and the platform itself are always cleaned, everything looks neat and minimalistic.
On the plus side, everything is very clean. Adequate people at the checkout.
The building is small, but the city seems to be small. One peron, two ways.
Of the disadvantages, the transition to Peron by bridge. With luggage, it's not very convenient.
It's a good train station, most trains run from here, it's small, but it's cozy, there's everything, you can eat and drink coffee, there's a shop across the street, there's a tobacco stop
Saampatic train station, small Inside, there is a cafe, you can drink coffee very clean, the people are very kind, there is a Quiet Toilet, it was clean.
Belarusian thank you
The train station and the place itself are beautiful and cozy. BUT!!!, IT is VERY upsetting to cross the bridge, as elderly people with heart disease and asthma, as well as sore legs cross!!!??? It is necessary to think about and apply a bridge crossing, but to make a direct passage for people with disabilities and diseases!!! At the moment, which IS VERY UPSETTING AT the CENTRAL STATION!!!
This BRIDGE! If you are carrying a large heavy suitcase, or you have problems with your musculoskeletal system, or you are already old, then you should know: there is no other way to get on the platform! And I see this as a huge disadvantage. (Is it really impossible to think of an underground passage, or just some kind of passage so that you don't go up or down high, or install some kind of elevator....) people periodically fall on this "Quest" with their suitcases...
It's cozy.
Friendly staff, cafe, 24/7 coffee machines.
Switching to the platform is the highlight, it takes your breath away.
There's only one platform, make no mistake.
A good train station, a clean hall. The friendly staff
is pleased that there is an opportunity to purchase hot coffee at great prices. There is also an ATM in the room, which is very convenient
The station is small, but it's not a homeless place, it's completely good, taxi drivers on Perona get bored with their suggestions, because if you don't go far, you get a lot of money, and I want to say that....Are you asking?! Tip, it's better to call a taxi using the app, and let the beggars rest!
- as for me, no
+ Neat, clean, not a lot of people, coffee machines, vending machine, ATM, buffet, toilet.
The location of the stops on both sides of the station. Very convenient. The bridge is constantly being redecorated.
The train station as a train station, however, is modest, as for the Central One, it does not pull so much, there is a very good cafe, but the disadvantage is that it does not work on weekends, and it is very tasty and not expensive. There is only one ticket office, but it is quite enough, because there are few passengers, because the main station in Baranovichi is Polessky, but the biggest minus and just "tin" is to get on the platform, the stairs are very steep and high, it's just hard to climb with bags or a suitcase, for a healthy person, and if something hurts, it's just a caper, I really want to ask if something will be done someday, or if it's been like this for decades.
Cons: There are few places to sit while waiting for trains, many passengers are standing. Homeless people are warming up in the station building - the atmosphere is not very good.
To get to the only platform, you have to go over the bridge.
They do not inform about the delay of trains - dozens of passengers have to freeze on the platform.
On the platform, smoking areas are not allocated in the extreme, remote places, so many passengers "smoke" together with one smoker.
Positive: modern renovation.
The station itself is not bad, clean and tidy. But there is no service at all. Of all the infrastructure, there is only a toilet. There is no buffet, there are two coffee machines and they did not work. We met the guests, we had to wait 20-30 minutes, and there was nowhere to drink a glass of tea.
The station is good, but there are few places in the waiting room, few places to sit outside, although the territory allows you to put benches and a closed canopy for waiting trains
The only drawback is the bridge. As it is, there are few people at the good train station.Dear helped me buy train tickets at the kiosk, thank you very much
A small Baranovichi station. There is a parking lot, a cafe, a place to wait, the staff suggested the schedule and the cost of tickets to the capital. By the way, this is not the only station in Baranovichi.
By the way, do not miss your chance to visit the magnificent and largest zoo in terms of area... But that's just by the way)
The station with the pretentious name CENTRAL. Very inconvenient stairs for access to the platform. People with suitcases and trunks are forced to climb this Golgotha. The bus schedule, in particular 5k, does not always coincide with the arrival/departure of trains, and sometimes you have to wait half an hour to get to the city.
Baranovichi is a new departure point for me.It's okay, but... There is one thing. At the age of 68, carrying a suitcase to the bridge is difficult and there is no descent for a suitcase. Thanks to the kind people, they helped to drag the suitcase onto the platform. I think that the elderly can also be skipped like the disabled
Clean, neat. Well, the traffic here is not great, respectively, and there is not much entertainment. But you can calmly wait for the train, relax, you can.
An excellent, modern train station. We were passing through the city, it has changed a lot for the better over the years. It is easy to get to it and navigate at the station itself
The train station itself is more or less, although it's a shame for a big city, the steps are still the same, the location is convenient and parking with poor traffic management
It was my first time in the city and I was a little surprised that the station consists of one platform. Then I only realized that the main station of the city is Polessky. The building itself is well maintained, as is the area around it. We visited on Sunday, so all the stalls were closed, including the cafe. The only thing that surprised me was the lack of access from the station to the platform by land, only through the bridge. It is interesting how few mobile citizens can get on and off the train.
It's a terrible bridge, and in the snow we almost lost our legs. There are no ramps, it's very difficult with suitcases and a stroller. And so the territory is well maintained, the staff at the station is friendly.
I was in Baranovichi for the first time and here are my first impressions of the station: there are no signs in general, if I accidentally got off the train, then it is difficult to determine the place of arrival) A high and steep staircase, climbing with a suitcase is another quest, there are no ramps for people with disabilities and where to call them if they arrived unaccompanied is not clear to me (((
The railway station is very good and also remarkable, just a beauty, where you can buy everything in the store at any time when you are waiting for a train, and drink coffee, this is not a train station, but a magical beauty.
Super there is something to see for 6 rubles (entrance ticket). I didn't even know about the existence of such a variety of wagons. The children will be delighted. You can take a ride on the trolley yourself. You may not be able to get through the first time.
An ordinary train station. After the renovation, of course, it was transformed. I left the station around 9.00, the buffet was not working. There is nowhere to buy water, only 2 coffee machines. I had to go to the store. I would like to correct this point
I do not know how people older than me climb this ladder. I'm sure that the management has no parents, they were cloned. Otherwise, they would have taken at least some measures.
Yesterday, 06/23/2024, an absurd situation occurred. My friend and I decided to go to Baranovichi for one day, we took tickets on Saturday evening, so there was only the most ordinary train back from the options, this suited us and we chose a flight for 17:53. We went there by train Moscow-Brest, respectively, we got off at Baranovichi-Tsentralny, where immediately after arriving at We bought tickets for the train back at the vending machine. Yesterday we went to the station side by side, unfortunately, this was our mistake, 2 minutes before arrival, I decided to clarify once again what time the train was, I went to the official website of the Belarusian Railway, and the train, as it turned out, departs from Baranovichi-Polessky, it was strange, since we remembered that we had tickets from Baranovichi-Tsentralny, but we thought we had made a mistake ourselves, fortunately a very nice woman at the station helped us and found 2 tickets in one compartment for the Brest-Moscow train, we paid 16p each and safely reached Minsk. This morning I go through my wallet and find yesterday's tickets for the train, which we did not have time for, and there is a departure from Baranovichi-Tsentralny (I will attach a photo). That is, it was not our mistake and not our fault, but the fault of those who set up the ticket vending machine at the Baranovichi-Tsentralnye railway station. It was because of them that we were forced to either pay extra for 16p, or take a very late train, which arrives in Minsk at 23 something. It's a very unpleasant situation.
The station is small, there is a buffet, but it works until 18 o'clock, there is a cafe nearby, a transition to the platform via an elevated bridge, a large parking lot nearby
An excellent solution for going over the top. It is convenient and safe, and since the train station is clean, you can buy coffee and calmly wait for the train
It may not be bad for a small town, but it was only surprised and, taking into account the circumstances that arose on the road, upset by the absence of a pharmacy kiosk in the station building. And the toilet would be cleaner.
I've already commented, everything is fine. Except for the paid toilet. Someone is protecting the bandits. And they said on TV that he had defeated them.
