Surprisingly, such a small town, and the station is modern and large, very clean, cozy and comfortable, waiting for the train, there is a place to sit and relax, there are kiosks with souvenirs, there is a cafeteria with drinks and pies, everything is very decent and somehow unobtrusive, but at the same time very high quality and timely, then, what is appreciated by passengers when traveling!Thank you for the excellent service, we will come to visit more than once!!!
The building itself is very warm, there is a coffee machine, it is quiet and peaceful. We arrived an hour before departure, boarding began 40 minutes before departure. This time, everything went smoothly. The landing was quick
+ Clean, polite, the cafe will feed, give you water, you can buy goods....-there is no currency exchanger,-far from the international bus station, taxi drivers overcharge, in the help desk, I received an answer to the question in Russian.A question for the beginning..how do you communicate with foreigners from Europe, and from Russia, Belarus, where the language of communication is Russian or English.?!.
Eh! I would like to take a ride! The parking lot is large, always full of cars, the building is convenient, there are waiting areas upstairs, there are kiosks, ATMs, restrooms downstairs, what else do you need at the station?! The main thing!! Always arrive on time for the train, a friendly conductor, and a positive traveling companion!!
In principle, a good and more or less clean railway station. One disadvantage is that the exit to the platform is only through an underpass or an above-ground pedestrian bridge with heavy bags, it is inconvenient
Uralsk railway station. There are cafes and ATMs inside the building. There is a large parking lot near the station. There is a fountain in front of the station. While waiting for the train, you can relax on a bench admiring the fountain and monument
Friendly staff, large waiting room, convenient that there are many places. There was not enough ATM Bereke Bank and more cafes) and a bathroom, please make repairs
The front doors are cracked. There are no signs, it was necessary to guess where the exit to the piron is, where the toilet is. The toilet is paid, but it smells like free.
Some disadvantages, the train arrives at. 2 way, you have to go through a tunnel, there are no handrails, no elevator or escalator either, the platform is full of holes, and the first way is free
The old train station, not a convenient exit to the platform
Nothing has been thought out
I'm sorry, but I didn't like the TV channel of the city of Uralsk
It's time to update the station. The first line of tracks is not being used properly. The toilet stinks in advance in the lobby, it is still paid! There is no proper nutrition on peron. When going down the station, you can injure your head. The loudspeakers do not clearly transmit information.
Toilet on request. Repairs since the days of the "Soviet Union". The platforms are all broken, the asphalt has not been changed, probably for 20 years too. But, I am glad that trains are running, communication with the Russian Federation is being established. Cafes, like taxis, are located around the perimeter and already on the forecourt.
The railway station as an airport and a car station should be the face and business card of any city. The airport and bus station seem to have been put in order, but not with the railway station. In Soviet times, the railroad itself was called the state within the state, this organization had an army and even a navy. The modern train station and the surrounding area suck. The principle of everything for people is completely missing. Such objects as a pedestrian bridge, in my opinion, we should have at least 4 of them, an order for their manufacture can be placed at some local enterprise, equipped with elevators, one should be in the area of the Omegovsky overpass, the second area of the station, the third area of the Depovsky bridge, the fourth in the area of the 4th microdistrict. The territory behind the pedestrian crossing needs to be equipped with a parking space so that you can drive up to meet and see off passengers, because now it is impossible to drive up to the station by car at the time of arrival of the train, and the forecourt is fenced on the facade. Every day I walk from the area of the first and second workers' settlements, starting from the exit from the pedestrian bridge, the picture appears terrible, there is practically no pedestrian zone, if you are not careful you can break your legs, especially in the area where there are taxis on Aksai.
Clean, quiet, not a big train station. There is a convenient station square, there are benches where you can sit before the train. It's bad that there is no exchanger at or near the train station.
For many many years, nothing has changed for the better. With suitcases down the stairs, there are no ramps for rolling suitcases, I'm not talking about disabled people at all. then you have to drag your suitcases up the stairs, and in winter with ice. It's just a cave age. The most uncomfortable train station. There are not enough seats in the waiting room.
The station is ordinary but comfortable enough, toilets are a weak point, there is no ventilation at all, the smell is indescribable, the staff is responsive, there is a cafe both in the station and next to it, the platforms are located inconveniently to get to them either through an underpass in the station itself or through a swing bridge to the side of the station.
The most inconvenient platform of those that I know in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Intercity trains stop on the second track, to which you have to go up / down either a steep street staircase, or through a station crossing with numerous steps. Parents with children, elderly people and passengers with huge trunks and suitcases - all on the steps. The station itself is spacious, convenient location.
A lot has not been thought out for passengers in this direction, there is a lot of work, after sending the train, the doors through the underpass close in the evening and if you do not have time to go through the line, it is dangerous, besides, the entire station is surrounded by an iron fence and it is extremely difficult for an ignorant resident to find a way out.
Uralsky railway station I think is the most normal in terms of quadrature when compared with other cities, now I ask you one thing: make the Uralsk-Atyrau railway rails, if the rails do not kill people, please make conditions for the people.
The only disadvantage is that there is nowhere to eat at night! If you want to sleep, and the flight is only in the morning, there is a hostel on the second floor! The prices are reasonable, there is a small kitchen.
A small quiet train station, everything is quiet, there are no queues, parking is large, Volkswagen Sharan taxis go to Aksai. The station territory, as in all cities, is inhabited by not the most prosperous part of the population
I am from Uralsk myself and I am very unhappy that the station is living out its last century, because they can make it beautiful. I want to see this time when it will be warm and beautiful there.
Where are the urns?????? There are bottles and bags of garbage on the tracks because they don't smoke urns, even bulls can't be thrown out where put benches urns like homeless people
The task is in terrible condition on the second floor, streaks from the roof are visible and the smell and appearance of mold on the walls is depressing, it is sad to see the city card in such a state!!!
The only thing I liked was the polite staff, starting from the entrance, thank you, kind people! As for the building, it's terrible, there has been no repair for a long time, the building is terribly cold in winter, there is no cozy warm waiting room, there is nowhere to sit, it's terrible, people freeze waiting for the train, and even with children of all ages🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️, It's cold in the hotel too. At the entrance to the station, people are working, standing shift and freezing.
I would like to address both the station administration and the city administration, the railway station is the face of the city, have a conscience, make repairs and normal heating so that it is pleasant, warm and cozy to be in the station building!!! I think we would be supported by all residents and guests of the city of Uralsk!
It's a terrible room, the Council of Ministers is full. Earlier, in childhood, there were many entertainment machines, fast food cafes, several waiting rooms. The reality of today is an empty train station, nowhere to sit, one cafe where the food is terrible, the toilet is terrible, the platforms are broken. And when there was a very well-maintained and beautiful train station.
A train station is like a train station, sometimes people at the entrance do not know the measures in checking bags, but taxi drivers showed a chic exit to the platform across the bridge, where no one needs you
Normal. Only often people have trouble with the fact that the time difference with Moscow is 2 hours. I was told in the help desk that I should be at the station at 4. As it turned out, the train offers at 3.55. It seems like they said it correctly, but I realized that the train stays at 4.55. In short, everything is difficult... it is necessary on the scoreboard to have local and Astana time
The area of the room is large, there is a buffet, a decent toilet. But there are very few benches, those waiting for the train have to wait standing up. A currency exchange office would also be nice
There are very few seats in the waiting room. People are sitting on the floor, on the windowsills.. There is no electronic scoreboard with a schedule. The toilet for 3+ is paid for those who do not have tickets. The fee is symbolic - 40 tenge
Terrible
Repairs on the way were a long time ago
People are walking through the underground passage
They want to have access to the street
Why would people complicate things

Uralsk, native Uralsk! All your places are native, I wish you prosperity, you are moving in the right direction.
A terrible train station. There are crowds of people on the ground floor, there are only a few benches on the second floor. At the same time, the hall itself is sterile and empty. It is absolutely unclear how people can wait for a train while standing with their belongings. There is a stall on the first floor, which is closed at night. Toilets are holes in the floor! The 21st century is in the yard! One can only wonder.
Repairs would not hurt, you will look at the station and doubt that it is 2024, the guests of the city involuntarily think that Uralsk is stuck in the 90s
