It’s almost 9 am but the toilets in the waiting hall (2nd floor) are closed. People who are waiting for the train and need to go yo the toilet what should do in this case?
This time I was in no hurry to catch the train and was able to properly assess the reconstructed Namangan railway station.
Of the advantages, it is quite a good mother and child's office, where you can relax, play, swaddle, and iron. The station staff is friendly enough, but this is rather a common property of Namangans.
But the disadvantages are decent.
1. The station is essentially dead, so you will not be able to have a snack or buy some water, although appropriate places are provided, they do not work.
2. The main problem is toilets. Okay, they don't work on the second floor, they're closed. But the fact that the first floor is open, but there is no banal water, just tin. If you need a lot, you won't go in for sure, if you need a little, you'll have to overcome your squeamishness and do the job where they did it before you. Fortunately, it was lucky that no one dared to release the rectum. (I know, ugh, but I'm sorry)
Everything is very bad, the exit and entry points of passengers were not taken into account so that everyone was comfortable, the ports for recharging phone batteries do not work in the waiting room
Everything is fine (decoration, staff), but there is not enough elevator, walking with bags to climb high, I really do not understand how to be for people with disabilities.
Beautiful, thorough, comfortable
There were no questions
Arrived, waited for the train and left without incident
Just don't trust the money changers in front of the train station, they breed only this way, a tourist can get caught
The photo is only like this)
Surprisingly modern building with different waiting areas, fresh and beautiful renovation, not like the railway in Tashkent. Admission is by ticket only, screening through a scanner, well done.
The station is renovated, clean, the staff is polite, two floors, there is a VIP room, air conditioners are working, the climate is clean, overall I liked everything
A cool modern train station. Responsive staff. The kind policemen helped us move the luggage, although we didn't even ask. Thank you very much. It feels good when there are kind people
I was passing through Namangan, it was necessary to leave my suitcase in the luggage room before departure by plane. The staff of the station suggested everything, let them into the ticket office without waiting in line. Storage cost 7,000 soums for each suitcase. There is a toilet in the ticket office building, but there is no sign on the door.
