Bazar railway station. It's a great bazaar. Everything is available except the assortment of fish. The prices are slightly higher than the DSK bazaar, but the quality is better. Pork is in bulk only in this bazaar.
There are many unclear situations in this market. One day a week does not work. Supposedly a sanitary day. All sellers of vegetables and fruits on this sanitary day should trade on the street near the market under unsanitary conditions. On weekdays, butchers from the street carry meat on their shoulders to their booths inside the market (individual cases) There are problems with water on the market. In the back of the market, the toilet with water is often a problem. They carry water by hand. There is a big problem with prices. The main contingent of sellers are resellers.
An excellent market, one of the largest in Samarkand. Lots of vegetables and fruits, dairy and meat products, everything is always fresh and reasonable prices. Plus, there are shops nearby with household goods, cosmetics, things and products. I also want to note the very convenient location of the market, it is easy to reach by public transport from anywhere in the city.
The best market in Samarkand. A large selection of fruits and vegetables. Here you can find everything you need, food, cosmetics, clothing and textiles. Everything for the home and small household appliances. Toys. Household goods. Have a snack on the national dish Pilaf, or buy a delicious Somsa. It is easy to get to the railway market from anywhere in the city, public transport is excellent here.
Selected fruits and vegetables, BUT very high in prices. I bought grapes for 25,000, went a little to the edge of the market, who is not under a canopy, they have 10,000 soums. And so it is with everything else (((
