One of the best train stations in my opinion. Clear navigation, a large waiting room, shops, cafes, a place to charge phones, a currency exchange office - there is everything you need. However, you can not buy a SIM card here if you suddenly arrive late in the evening or early in the morning, it is better to see in advance if there are cellular communication salons near your place of residence. You can take a taxi at the airport, but it will be around 3-5000 depending on the destination. In buses, payment is made only by cards.

The train station is super. Starting from the entrance, there are employees who are polite and indicate the route where and how to go. Everything in the departure hall is very clear and civilized. There are good food playgrounds, there is an area for entertaining children and, which is very impressive.....washing machines with dryers (probably provided in case of a long wait). The scoreboard shows the train schedules and which way out. The exit to the trains is via an escalator on two sides and there are employees who tell you which side is better to go to, depending on the number of the car. The platform is all under the roof, very super.

I go there often, as a passenger without a personal car. There are a lot of cafes, a lot of space, a large waiting room. There is a playground for free, but it is small. There is a hotel, but I was not there. There is a luggage storage, but it is more expensive than at Nur Sultan train station. This is what I managed to inspect😁
