We had a rest from September 14th to 25th. We arrived at the hotel almost at 00.00, but we were offered dinner (they fed us quite tasty and densely).
The territory is large and well maintained. The buildings are also diverse, for an additional fee, we settled into a room with an improved layout, the room was really wonderful, clean, bright and fairly new, cleaning every day and various animals were sculpted)))pools are also for every taste, both for adults and for children, there is a separate one made in the form of a descent into the sea, under an awning! The food was varied and plentiful and satisfying!
We went from the hotel to Hurghada on our own for $ 5, and it was possible to negotiate cheaper, the location is convenient not far from the airport, but if you want to get out more and walk in the evening through the local markets, it's a long way to go.
Overall a solid 4, a comparison of price and quality.
We were generally satisfied.

The Jasmine Palace Resort Spa has become the perfect place for our family trip. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The reception staff Hamdi, Ali, Wahid, and Mahmoud were very attentive and helped us resolve issues.

A wonderful vacation! The rooms are cleaned daily. The food is varied. Beef is the most delicious, in different types: stewed with vegetables, baked on bones, fried, beef kebab on coals, and many others. Chicken, nuggets, shish kebab, baked carcass and much more. Peking duck. Turkey carcass baked in foil. Meat dishes are varied. Fish and seafood: pangasius, king prawns, grilled crabs, squid, salmon varieties of fish, herring. Everything is cooked very tasty. Polite waiters bring drinks, help to choose a table and bring food. The cleaners in the rooms are responsible. Cleanliness and order in the territory. The pools are clean and there are a lot of them. In the sea, to swim, you need to go along the pier 300-400m. 300-400m from the shore, with a sandy bottom depth of no more than 40cm. The beach chairs and towels are clean. The beach is sandy. A quiet and large hotel. I recommend it!

Jasmine Palace Resort & Spa 5* is a wonderful hotel in Hurghada with beautiful grounds, heated pools and spacious rooms. We checked in late at night, and were previously offered a welcome drink and dinner at the reception, although the restaurant was already closed. Very nice and by the way, after a long journey!
Room cleaning is always excellent, replenishment of bath accessories without reminder. The food in the main restaurant is very tasty and varied. Evening programs and daytime animation are top notch! There is always something to do, the animators do not let you get bored! And in general, all the hotel staff are very friendly, ready to help and solve any issue on the spot.
The disadvantages are low tides, a shallow beach and access to the sea from a pontoon, but this is rather a feature of the area! The beautiful reef at the end of the pier makes up for everything! It didn't affect our vacation experience at all! A confident 5 out of 5! I strongly recommend it!

Excellent hotel, new rooms, everything is clean, the territory is beautiful, well-groomed, the food is excellent, during the stay they gave 4 times shrimps and crabs, animation with a bang, and foam discos, animation for children and adults in the evenings, everything is very interesting, there is Wi-Fi, at the reception, with us in the rooms we installed routers, the coin is warm, the fish are beautiful, but there were strong tides, so what about a very convenient pontoon, walk and you will have two descents, a big turtle lives near the pier!!! I made a mistake when buying, I thought it was jasmine near Ali Baba and Aladdin, I started reading reviews and was upset, but everything turned out very well!!! I recommend the hotel!!! This is the first place in Egypt that I have visited. In general, I liked and satisfied with everything. Friendly staff, high-quality food (we haven't tried everything in 9 days), strong local spirits, so not very much. The beer is light, the dry white wine is not bad. For a couple of Days at the reception, they settled everyone nearby and close to the sea. For a bottle of vodka, they gave you not one or two cups in your hands, but how many you can take away. It is positioned as one of the oldest hotels in Hurghada.

We had a rest for a year
We just returned from the hotel and the whole family was satisfied with the rest.
1. Azur flew, the flight went well, they fed on board, it was quite tasty. There were no flight delays.
2. At the airport of Hurghada, representatives of Anex are very insistently calling for a visa for $ 27, but on the right there are counters with the inscription BANK and calmly paid for $ 25, they filled out the questionnaire, take a pen with you, it will come in handy.

4. It takes 40 minutes to get to the hotel, we were brought in third.
5. We had a late check-in, we put on bracelets and had time for a late dinner.
6. The room is quite decent, spacious with a view of the sea and the central pool. Everything is in the works. There is a kettle and tea set in the room. Cleaning is done every day, water and tea set are replenished daily. Swans and elephants on the bed are new every day.
7. The hotel itself is very beautiful, a huge territory, clean pools, everything is surrounded by greenery. The employees of the smart-ass constantly clean up something, trim the greens, always greet each other when they meet and ask how are you.
8. The entrance to the sea through a pontoon at low tide near the shore is very shallow. There is a reef, but there are very few fish (compared to Sharma l Sheikh).
9. We bought an excursion from the Anex guide "sea walk". The yacht broke down in the middle of the sea, we stood for an hour, waiting for a specialist to fix it. We were taken to the reef, a very poor view and almost no marine life, the second stop is the same reef, but on the other hand, there are also few fish. We took a dive with an instructor, the first dive went well, the second, the instructor changed, not only does not speak or understand Russian, he still could not adjust the air (they did not dive anymore), and the money was paid. In general, I did not like the walk. We also took a shopping tour (we took furs, leather, oils and a pharmacy to the shops (a very pleasant and peculiar pharmacist)
10. I really liked everything about the food. Daily themed dinners: Monday and Thursday seafood (give shrimp, squid), Oriental, Asian.daily grill. Ice cream from 13:00 to 16:00 at the beach bar and pool.
11. Animation is in English only. Daily children's disco, life-size dolls, artists (fire show, belly dance), Mr. and miss of the hotel.
12. There are shops at the exit from the hotel where you can buy what you need, but accordingly the price is expensive. You can take a taxi to Senzo Mall for $ 3-bargain, reasonable prices (McDonald's, Waikiki, pharmacy with fixed prices, de facto, souvenir shops).

We are currently here. Chilly. The sea is cold and calm. We were not allowed to swim. There are many swimming pools on the territory, only one is heated, and all the people are there. Wi-Fi is only available in the main building, where the reception is. They don't give out the password, they drive it in themselves, turning away from us. If you fly out, you have to contact them again. We arrived at 6:00 a.m., we were not checked in, explaining that check-in was at 12:00 p.m. We also weren't supposed to have breakfast. We flew all night, tired and hungry, and almost had a fight with security. Earlier check-in is $50. After waiting for an hour on the sofas near the lobby, they decided to pay and take a room, because they wanted to eat and sleep. The rooms are tired, dirty, and out of the word altogether. But we were so tired that we agreed to it. The only advantage is the safe. Worker.
The staff is helpful, but.... waiting for a tip. Brazenly, by the way. A lot of foreigners.
The food and cuisine are excellent. Diverse.
About the shops and shopping centers. They cheat at every turn. I do not recommend the Anton and Anton 2 store. There are no price tags when you ask - one price, at the checkout it is completely different and not only a hundred are added, but thousands (in rubles) .
And most importantly, they didn't tell me about it, in any case, don't drink tap water, and even more so, don't brush or rinse your mouth and teeth. No medications will help with poisoning. The whole vacation will be

The whole family had a rest from the middle to the end of July. I liked the hotel right away!
Spacious, green, well-groomed territory, swimming pools, slides - pleasing to the eye. Flowering bushes, figuratively trimmed trees and lawns; gardeners like hardworking ants scurried around the territory, tirelessly cleaning it, mowing, weeding, mowing. Previously, I read in the reviews that someone liked such care, but I liked it the other way around. The garden needs to be watched.
The pools were also cleaned in the morning and evening, and filter elements were often changed. Umbrellas and sun beds near the pools were enough, even though many families occupied places on them at the crack of dawn, with the help of towels. Staff was on duty at each pool and on the slides, monitoring the safety of swimmers.
The room and the building were successful, at an equal distance from the sea and the dining room. Quiet. Spacious. Everything worked. They were cleaned regularly. The water reserves in the refrigerator were replenished daily. Toilet paper was replenished on time and towels were changed.
Thanks to the Muhammad room service. Who has been washing the corridors and common areas since early morning. After his work, it was clean and smelled delicious.
Beach. I read that it was dirty, etc., in the morning every day we went to the sea from the pier to swim in masks. And there was always someone cleaning the beach, asking if they could bring mattresses. The beach and the cinema were also monitored daily. Upon our arrival

There are 2 descents from the pier to the near-shore reef with a large number of different fish. Watching them with a mask is a great pleasure! The sea is clear, the water is a beautiful shade and very warm and salty. After bathing, you need to take a shower. They are everywhere, both by the beach and by the pools.
It is difficult to swim from the shore - it is very shallow. But, we also saw fans of sitting and lying in warm water.
It would not be superfluous to familiarize yourself with the schedule of tides, as the water is running out. But, it is on the reef, although it is shallow.
There is also an Om Ali bar on the beach, where we tried a local barbecue and celebrated my husband's birthday. There were musicians, a table decorated with balloons and a cake (very tasty) with a candle and congratulations from the waiters. Very nice, thank you!

In addition to the main large restaurant, there are also a la carte restaurants: oriental, Italian, rasta pasta and local cuisine Om Ali and aquiv pool bar.

Gorgeous mango in the evening! I finally tasted a delicious mango. Dates, I didn't like them until now, but here they were perfect!
Tode liked the tea and coffee. Alcohol in the form of cocktails is also quite enough. My husband did not complain about the strong drinks. The waiters and cooks are kind and friendly. It's nice.
Of the cons: there was a great lack of napkins on the tables, especially when there were shrimp and difficulties arise - there is nothing to wipe your hands with.
In the evenings, there were entertainments: mini-discos, lotteries, artists performed.
We bought a local SIM card at the airport for $ 8, in principle, you can easily do without it. The hotel Wi-Fi in the room, in the main restaurant, by the pool and even on the beach was not bad.
We visited Egypt for the first time, we still haven't had a chance, we were very satisfied with the rest! And this is a great merit of the hotel where we rested - I did not disappoint! We rested in Jasmine 3 times from 07.09. to 09.21.24. The hotel disappointed this year. The sea is dirty, a lot of garbage floats, the territory is well maintained, large! Cleaning of rooms for 4, a set of coffee, tea is not always replenished, bed linen (until she took it off and threw it on the floor for 10 days) was not going to be changed! The closet was without a door, it was put on the 5th day! According to the food, everything is not delicious! There were 2 years ago, the food was wonderful!!!! Now it's a throwaway food, it's a pity the products! I can't say anything about alcohol, because I don't drink. I was surprised by the poster on the beach!!! 80% of the hotel is German, there are very few Russian speakers. The sun beds on the beach have all fallen apart. In general, this year we did not really like the hotel, we expected more.

For one withdrawal operation, 450 rubles will be charged per transaction.. Therefore, withdraw as much money as possible. But it doesn't give you more than 4,000 pounds. Wi-Fi catches only in the main building.
It so happened that medical help was needed. So I can illuminate this side. There is a medical center on the third floor of the main building. And if it is required that the doctor come to the room - $ 95, if you can come to the office yourself - $ 50. Insurance helped me. Everything turned out for free, quickly. We arrived, took them away, took them to the hospital, helped them, brought them back.

Animation. All animation was in English. It was repeated every day for the children. There was a snake show and a fire show, Arabic dancing. This is especially memorable. I didn't like that it was all happening at the restaurant. Although there was a theater, but it did not work.
Sea. It's close to the sea. Sun beds are free, towels are provided by cards. There were always few people on the beach, everyone was lying by the pools. The sea is knee-deep, which is great for small children. Sandy-pebbly, gently sloping shore. Adults had to go to the pier to swim.

We had a rest in February 2024. We were very lucky with the weather! There was practically no wind, the sea was not very warm, but it was quite comfortable to swim with a mask.
About the hotel:
The rooms are not new, but they are comfortable and clean enough. The bed is clean. Cleaned every day!
The territory is well maintained and very clean :) they wash and clean things all the time. It's very nice to walk :)
The animation is not intrusive, which we really liked! We rested mainly on the beach, there are a lot of sun beds. There is a bar. They bring drinks to the sun beds:)
The parents hung out by the pool, there is the main animation, which they really liked:) music, dancing, foam party, paint festival, etc.
The food is delicious, maybe not a very large selection, but we had enough. There are a lot of vegetables, there is always meat and fish, pasta, sweets, fruits. There are no queues, there are enough tables for everyone.
I was very pleased with the live music at breakfast, in the evening in the lobby, and the programs at dinner on the street.
I didn't like the Ala Carte restaurants:(

Not 5, but 4 stars with a stretch. There is only water in the refrigerator in the room. If you arrive much earlier than 14.00 (check-in time), you can arrange for 70 dollars to be let in immediately. The water in the pool is 18 degrees. Basically everything is 110 and 140cm deep. There is one with a shallow entrance up to 180cm. The beach is 200 m knee-deep, then a 20x30 m zone where you can swim with a mask and a little further 40x50 m where it is already deep, they will not let you swim anywhere else. As in almost all Egyptian hotels, you cannot swim in the pool or at sea after sunset. The animation in the hotel is weak, but who needs it, I don't care. If you don't tip the cleaners in the room for a few days, you will be left without toilet paper. The buffet is large, you can definitely choose something for yourself, the very quality of the dishes is from 2/5 to 4/5. There are 4 restaurants where you can have dinner in addition to the main one, but you need to sign up and some dishes cannot be eaten there. It is better to occupy sun beds from 7 a.m. as breakfast begins, there are days that after 9 everyone is already busy (you just need to throw a towel on them). The territory itself is being cared for, but the tiles of the paths have already cracked in many places. The site of the hotel itself is large, if you take it with a pier, then 1km by 250m. There are many people who speak Russian from the staff. If you are a lover of normal strong booze, then it is better to take it with you.

I want to share my impressions about my vacation in Hurghada, namely in this hotel.
We rested on 02/22/2024 .
The territory is very well maintained and beautiful.The food is varied and delicious!
The entrance to the sea is only from the pier, go along it 500 meters at least.
When we arrived, at the reception we were immediately aggressively offered to pay 50 euros extra for the room. We decided to see which room they would provide us with.I attached a photo.There is no clean bed linen in these rooms, it is all stained and someone else's hair.it seems that it is not washed at all, but only ironed (I saw this for the first time in a hotel).At the reception, the manager who checked us in behaved rudely.
The animation is wonderful, especially the girl Elya is very friendly and responsive. Julia from the information department deserves special attention. I answered and solved all the questions as much as possible !

We had a family vacation from July 13th to 23rd at Jasmine Palace. Great hotel. A large area with 9 pools, children's water slides, 2 pools for kids, where there are many canopies. At high tide, it was quite normal to swim in it before lunch, but after low tide an adult had to sit there bent over (It should also be noted that the hotel is not located in Hurghada itself, but in its nearby suburb of Sahl Hasheesh. There is also an Om Ali bar on the beach, where we tried a local barbecue and celebrated my husband's birthday. There were musicians, a table decorated with balloons and a cake (very tasty) with a candle and congratulations from the waiters. Very nice, thank you!
