Shish kebab is burnt, dry as the sole of a shoe. The meat is not marinated at all. Grilled vegetables are delicious and tasteless. Resentment is a horror. There are three girls at the checkout, and one girl works. The queue lasts for 20 minutes, with an incomplete hall.
I appeal to the owner of the establishment: Dear Jalal, reconsider your attitude towards the guests. The kitchen is ruined, the service is as good as it gets. And this is with an incomplete landing. Wooden square plates are very uncomfortable, and I doubt their cleanliness very much (my personal comment).
There is nothing more to add. Birthday is ruined! The only thing that saves is alcohol, and that's only because the staff of "Roast Meat" Alchevsk did not have a hand in its production.

There are no waiters in the establishment in the classical sense of the word. It's like in a store, you go to the window, choose meat, cheese or fish, order a salad or baked vegetables, pay (in cash, there is no terminal) and go to the table, where the waiter will bring everything to you.
The marinade for beef, lamb, pork, and FISH is exactly the same, sometimes it is difficult to understand what kind of meat you are eating.
It has become very expensive. My sister and I ordered, okroshka, zarechny cheese, one skewer of shish kebab and paid 2800.00 for it
In short, it used to be possible to eat well and inexpensively there, now it's better to go to the country))
