This store gave me the worst wedding memories.
I ordered a monobucket made of carnations, two weeks before the wedding (as it should be). However, on the wedding day, 20 minutes before the arrival time of the courier to the groom's house. Florists are calling me (the bride) with the news that they did not follow up on the delivery of carnations and they arrived all broken.
I treated the preparation of the image in as much detail as possible and one of the important details was the bouquet, especially since carnations meet all the criteria of choice: persistent, beautiful, and most importantly minimalistic. Instead of carnations, I was offered to collect a bouquet of white flowers that were available. I had no choice anymore and I agreed. However, when I saw the bouquet, there was no limit to my disappointment. Some "genius florist" decided that tulips in a wedding bouquet is a great idea! They wither without water almost before our eyes. The freshness of the eustoma was also questionable. Thank you, of course, for at least taking into account my dislike of roses in the bouquet.
I was completely disappointed in the store, and later it turned out that there were more than one such situation with a wedding bouquet and this store.
I would really like someone to answer for this negligence, because many go there with the hope of quality, and not for the destroyed dream of the bride.

Do you think someone called back? No. Until I called myself, 40 minutes later, and heard about the workload again. Well, let's say we omit that, too. BUT.... That's not all. The order was agreed so that a sticker for your beloved mother would be applied to the large package, as it was presented in your sales room, so I did not attach a postcard to the bouquet, and, as a result, there was no sticker. The guys who provide these services: managers, employees, an appeal to you. What happens in your store is your result. The unpleasant impressions that you have left will definitely bear fruit if you do not take action to improve the situation. Managers, train staff to work with customers and be competent in terms of cost and delivery time. Work on the logistics. TO DATE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOUR STORE AND WILL NO LONGER CONTACT YOU.
